מלון נהדר, ממליץ מאוד!

המלון היה מצוין, נקי מסודר ומפואר, הצוות היה נחמד מאוד ועזר לנו במה שהיינו צריכים. ארוחות בוקר וערב מאוד מפנקות. קיבלנו גם מסאז חינם רבע שעה כל אחד. המלון ממוקם במרכז הכפר סטאליס, מיקום מעולה, הכפר הוא יחסית מבודד אבל קרוב מאוד לאתרים תיירותיים. מאוד מאוד ממליץ.

Hotel qui ne mérite plus les 5 étoiles

Il est triste de constater que les photos sont trompeuses et cette établissement ne semble-t-il ne mérite plus ses 5 étoiles. Force de constater que, jacuzzi, Sauna, hammam, piscine intérieur étaient hors services. Très peu de changement dans le buffet pas très excceptionnel. Hôtel peu accueillant. Heureusement qu'il y avait le personnel

Not Impressed

The beds were the worst that I have slept in. Even when I travel to third world Countries the beds are better. They should also advertise that the hotel pool is topless, this might be a concern for families staying here if they are not aware.

Beautiful views, best luxury in Crete

Best hotel in the area, amazing views from balconies and restaurant. Buffet breakfast and dinner with Greek and other cuisine much better quality and fresher than any Vegas hotel, amazing fresh seafood, meats, fine cheeses, gelato, traditional dishes, and talented chef, was so impressed! Best hotel on Crete. Serene, polished, luxurious, and private. Full of discerning Europeans. Convenient to sandy Beach and street with tons of shops, bars, and restaurants. Americans note that like most Greek hotels the bed is two twins pushed together, but comfortable. Hotel shiny, modern, nice design. Bright and airy. Friendly bell staff. Two lovely pools, one infinity with view over the sea. We had a perfect vacation there! New spa and gym.

Отель для пенсионеров без амбиций за дорого на 3+

Отель на 5 звезд не тянет, больше похоже на 3+ в центре Сталиды и, если коротко, то - спокойный отдых для тех, кому за 50 и без претензий. На Крите были впервые и Сталида нам не понравилась - улица с магазинами и кафе; если бы не поездка на машине в Ретимно и др. места острова, то впечатление от Крита осталось бы невнятное. В отель желания вернуться не возникло: - впечатление, что все старое; - в номере был стойкий неприятный запах, напоминавший дом престарелых (исходил от встроенного в шкаф холодильника) - приходилось спать с открытым окном; - джакузи в номере вместо ванной или душа крайне неудобно – высоко, и пожилому человеку или человеку с проблемами передвижения забраться в него будет очень сложно; чтобы принять душ, лейку нужно держать руками, т.к. иначе все вокруг джакузи заливается водой. - Первое впечатление от ресторана, что выбор просто огромен, но когда доходило до еды, оказывалось, что кушать совсем и нечего. Все масленое (яичница готовится как картофель фри, плавая в масле) и не вкусное. Были подозрения, что питьевую воду подавали охлажденной из под крана (хотя для ранних отъездов с утра на столы ставили именно воду в бутылках). Некоторые официанты не знали ассортимент продаваемых напитков и просто говорили, что таких напитков нет, хотя на самом деле они были. В общем, конечно, с голода не умрешь, но не за такие деньги. - лежаки грязные,старые и потрепанные.Самое главное - в отеле совершенно отсутствует атмосфера, настроения отдыха нет, похоже на мотель.

Lack customer service and courtesy.

Appalling customer service... they lack professionalism, courtesy and manners. Although some members of staff were friendly, there was certain tension in the air around the lobby. The hotel manager was obnoxious, arrogant and condescending to his staff, as well as hotel guests. This certainly is not a 5 star hotel, in no way would it be, with this type of behaviour... I recommend the hotel management to review the manager and their view of how they treat their guests. Never again... definitely far from a 5 star. If/when things go well, this would be a relatively enjoyable stay. If you had issues or questions, good luck with the type of treatment you get!

Misleading website

Not very happy wouldn't go there again, have to pay a daily charge of €20 for the gym facilities which were poor, very limited sun lounges no entertainment poor quality food, unfriendly staff. Don't fly to chaina as its 2 hours away

Perfect position for beach holiday in the sun.

Fabulous position - gorgeous pool and right on the beach. Spotlessly clean rooms, ours with lovely sea view, which we requested. Food very good and varied, even for us, a veggie/no dairy/no wheat duo! We asked just for some soya milk at breakfast, but lovely sous-chef Artemios produced gluten free bread and pasta, crepes, pancakes, non dairy cheese... what a star! Meat and fish scoffers were spoiled for choice. Restaurant staff were all very helpful and cheerful especially the lady in charge of breakfast staff. We had a week of sun and relaxation and enjoyed it very much. The gym is good and so were the two youngsters who ran the exercise classes and other entertainments, very lively and keen.

Das Essen ist katastrophal.

Ankunft war ok. Das Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet. Auf den Tischen war eine Gabel und ein Messer in eine Papierserviette gewickelt. Man musste also den Salat, Hauptspeise und Dessert mit dem gleichen Besteck essen. Weder ein Teller für das Brot, noch sonst etwas auf den meist schmutzigen Tischen. Wir haben uns meist auswärts verpflegt. Das Servierpersonal war so unfreundlich. Die ersten 10 Min. hatte ich schon genug. Eine schwer behinderte Frau hat sich mühsam mit ihrem Teller an den Tisch geschleppt, als sie merkte, (am Mittag musste man vom Buffet das Besteck mitnehmen) das sie das Besteck vergessen hatte, sie bat den Kellner, ihr doch das Besteck zu bringen, dieser zeigte nur mit dem Finger auf den sehr weit Weg, sie soll das selber holen. Ein Schweizer Ehepaar hat uns erzählt, sie seien schon letztes Jahr hier gewesen, da wurde alles serviert, sie seien sehr enttäuscht, was sie ein Jahr später hier antreffen. Am Pool hatte es meist zu wenig Liegestühle, am Meer mussten wir Liegestühle mieten, da die noch vorhandenen Liegestühle vom Hotel zerrissen waren, nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, was noch zu gebrauchen war, war besetzt. Der Mann der unser Gepäck auf das Zimmer brachte, uns die Klimaanlage erklärte wurde in diesen 5 min. 6x angerufen per Telefon, was ihn sehr verärgerte, und er schliesslich sagte, ich habe beim ersten Anruf schon gesagt das ich Gästen das Zimmer und die Essenszeiten erkläre. Er hat mir sehr leid getan.

Hôtel idéal pour vacances familiales au calme

Nous étions en couple avec un enfant de 11 ans. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la ville très animée de Stalis. De plus, il dispose de 2 piscines (une pour tout public et une autre plus calme pour famille avec enfant même en bas âge) et d'une proximité d'une plage de sable très appréciée. Les transats de piscine ou de plage et les serviettes de bain (caution 15€/personne) sont mis gracieusement à disposition. Les PDJ et les repas du soir peuvent être pris sur une belle terrasse surplombant la mer. Pour les repas du midi, il faut les prendre en tenue décontractée dans un autre restaurant proche des piscines, ce qui n'est pas gênant. Sans être très difficiles en alimentation, nous avons trouvé notre bonheur dans les choix des buffets proposés, même si pour d'autres personnes les plats auraient pu être plus variés et élaborés sur la durée d'une semaine. Par ailleurs, pas de soirée à thèmes grecs !!

Hotel et chambre sympa mais ne correspond pas a un 4 étoiles supérieures. Le service au restaurant est quasi inexistant et tout est en libre service pour économiser en personnel. Idem au bar. Le buffet est toujours identique (midi et soir) : les amateurs de pâtes, de frites et de porc seront servis.

Hotel internationale

Hotel moderno, camere pulite,n. 2 piscine h=140 cm. con idromassaggio. L'hotel ospita una SPA ottima, ma con prezzi piuttosto elevati. Ristoranti e BAR sempre aperti dalle 07.00 alle 23,00 Servizio all inclusive, con possibiltà di mangiare e bere a qualsiai ora. Il menu' é vario ed internazionale. Spiaggia attrezzata con teli mare compresi ( richiesta cauzione che viene resa a fine vacanza) Spiaggia sabbiosa, baia pulita. Personale molto disponibile. Lingua principale parlata INGLESE, ma anche tedesco e russo.(italiano non in uso) La clientela é per lo più russa,tedesca. Gli Italiani sono pochissimi. Ottima posizione, in centro al paese di STALIS, dove si possono trovare negozi, market,ristoranti, noleggio moto-auto.

Very good, but could do better.

Had a great week at the Anthousa. Food very good, service superb, all inclusive package genuine. On a good beach, very good room, pools. Adult pool full of kids. 15 Euro deposit for each beach towel. Reduced the Sun bed fiasco as people don't risk losing towel, but many days same old problem where sun beds bagged all day but not used. Surrounding area down market, nothing Greek, just streets of Irish bars and holiday tat shops selling stuff for twice the price as at home, Everything outside hotel very expensive due to exchange rate. Hotel deteriorated since our last visit, looks as though problems don't get fixed. Beach bar sitting area looks as though it was damaged in the winter and only half repaired. Tennis court, alongside stinking open sewer, astro turf sunk in one hole 4 inches deep, guanteed damaged ankle. Staff great, Duty / assistant manager very kind when we asked to pay for a guest to visit for a day. Be aware if you don't book a sea or side sea view you may end up in Annex across the the road which would be very disappointing especially if you have kids. Be happy to go back.

Sentido Anthousa Resort & Spa

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel occupies a very good location on the beach and is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants.

L'hotel est d'une bonne catégorie, cependant quelques points sont a améliorer. Bien que ce soit un hotel et spa, il n'y avait qu'une seule masseuse de présente et par conséquent les rendez-vous sont rares. La chambre était de bonne qualité avec un evue magnifique, la salle de bain spacieuse mais les fuites d'eau étaient présentes à chaque douche ou bain. La restauration était tout a fait satisfaisante, les buffets matinaux avec un large choix. les autres repas étaient du même ordre, large buffet, choix toujours présent. Nous aurions aimer trouver plus de repas typiques. Le bar était ouvert tout le temps mais éloigné de la plage (le bar du bas était fermé) pour aller chercher un rafraichissement. La fin de saison y était peut-être pour quelque chose....

Good value for money

Nice location. Good mix of people (Brits, Germans, French, Eastern Eurpoeans) and good mix of families and young couples that make this a good choice for a relaxing holiday. Good pools and close proximity to the sandy beach, plus an excellent position right in the middle of Stalidas. The food (for an all inclusive) was actually better than we expected, although Seafood Night is one to avoid, unless you are a fan of octopus! Only downside is the quality of the fittings and finish. At first glance the hotel looks very smart, but on closer inspection the building of it was clearly rushed. Our shower had a massive leak, and throughout the place needs a lick of paint and re-decorating! But that shouldn't detyract too much from what is otherwise a good value hotel
