"Fick ett rum som var halva storleken av det vi bokat och betalt för. Kompakt möblering utan plats för bagage eller möjlighet att hänga upp kläder. Nästan två timmars försening utanför lokalerna. Personalen försökte, men verkade inte ha behörighet eller kompetens. "

"Clean room, nice design and comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice also. Could've used a few more pillows for my family, but we also didn't ask for more. Staff was extremely helpful. We left our iPad in the room after check out, got to security and realized. I ran back and they helped me get it no problem. Breakfast was a great spread also! I would recommend this hotel every time if you have an early flight out of ARN."
