「We love the hotel where we can see the river Rhine! The breakfast is very very delicious !」

「Love the architecture of the hotel, the staff were kind, rooms were big and hotel was walkable to all the major sites. Hotel carpet needs replacement and the ripped up throw pillows should be thrown away. The rooms were decorated with fun themes. Driving distance was 25mins to Frankfurt Int'l.Airport which was a plus. Thanks for a great 2 day stay.」

「Hat alles super geklappt. Wir waren etwas eher da und konnten trotzdem schon auf‘s Zimmer. Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Rhein, nobles Ambiente und sehr zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. 」

「We checked in at night and cannot evaluate the service since we spoke to staff over intercom. Next morning didn't see anyone. We had breakfast in town since we only stayed one night.」

「Room is clean and cosy. German style breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location which take 5-10min walk to old town Alstadt or mitte area or shops/restaurants. It is a 15min walk to hbf and thus suggested to take bus to n from hbf. Bus stop are just outside the hotel n 1min walk only. Carpark is available. 」

「訂購房型說明為1大床與1小床，實際上只有二小床，房間大小更離譜，只有一半大小16平方米，向飯店櫃台回應，不許我們更換房型，請向Hotel.com反應，但都沒回應，真是很不愉快的住宿經驗。」

「Pro: The apartment is specious enough for 2 people. The pictures online reflected accurately the actual apartment. Nice pool area that was heated. Nice large bathroom Cons: The kitchen is more a kitchenete but sufficient for 2 people. It is fully equipped. Inadequate lightning in the room. We would have preferred more light. No on-prem parking. The nearest parking area is very expensive. There is a parking lot less expensive only a few minutes walk away.」
