The room was nice. The staff was nice. I did not have hot water for 2 days. I kept letting the front desk know and they kept telling me they would have it fixed. It never happened. I ended up checking out early and going to another hotel to have hot water. I had two co workers in a different room that had “hot water” but it was luke warm at best. You could have only the hot water on and still be cold after the shower/washing hands.

This is my go-to place to stay near Dulles. Clean, comfortable and great staff. I have no desire to pay for luxurious amenities i don't plan to use, so this Springhill Suites is just right for me.

Peaceful stay

Very welcoming as soon as you walk in. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff is super nice.
