「They did not have kept for me available the double twin beds room I reserved. They said that it is Expedia's fault because Expedia did not reserve it with them as a double twin beds room. However in my confirmation from Expedia it showed clearly that I reserved a double twin beds rooms. So I am not sure if it is the hotel playing hames or Expedia not reserving what I reserved with them. 」

「For being a 5 star there was a broken fridge, no available ice in the hotel as the machine was broken, the sheets were not high quality not to my standards, the breakfast was marginal and they do not tell you at night the hallways are dark and motion sensors turn them on. Well when i opened the door from my room and looked out no light came on i could not see my hand in front of me i was not stepping into a dark hallway to check….poor design keep the flipping lights ON!!!! Will never recommend...

「We really enjoyed our stay. I'm a very frequent traveler and something just stood out here. Staff was very welcoming, room very nice. Breakfast venue really nice. Curtains fully covered from light. Room warm, big and nice. Very good beds. Just easy and nice! We didn't use the small spa, but we should have! Note the hotels' breakfast restaurant next door has some really nice food! Consider having dinner there! ;)」

「I ett bortglömt hörn av Tokaj ligger en sliten by med ett härligt litet hotell. Passade oss som hojåkare perfekt. Kunde parkera tryggt, bra mat, ännu bättre viner och väldigt trevliga värdar. Stannade en extra natt för att undvika regnväder och det gjorde oss ingenting då det finns härliga hojvägar i närområdet.」

「We had a wonderful family holiday here. We are so glad we booked this place instead of the one on the nearby city Miskolc. The pool and jacuzzi was so much fun for our kids and the food was remarkable. The steak and chips was so delicious! The Gypsy pork chops are making me want to drive back for another holiday! I highly recommend this place if one is looking for a local Hungarian experience with an incredibly supportive and loving hotel team! We will definitely be back next year! 」
