「Incredible! What a wonderful place, Adrien keeps the place immaculate. Our room ‘Rollon’ was beautiful- so charming. We cannot wait to come back in the future- ‘hidden gem’ is used so frequently but this is the definition of the phrase!」

「Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent.

「Beautiful orchard with many cows and apple trees. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with the hosts’ own products eg apple juice, jam, honey and hot milk. The hosts William and Dominique were lovely. I miss the stay in the farm.」

「Very cozy and comfortable. Love its spa and sauna. But the location is a bit remote. 」

「Ok」

「I liked the location and the surroundings, the chief Concierge's superior efficiency in arranging difficult reservations at the full racecourse restaurant, however not the lack of pragmatisme to solve a minor issue in the overall scheme of things: I had two bookings , 1 day followed by 3 days consecutively, the 4 days warranting free breakfasts - the hotel refused on the basis that this did not represent a four day reservation!!? Sunday dinner was disgusting, four Veal dishes were overgrilled...
