Fair amount of plumbing issues...no hot water, the toilet barely flushed, and the sink backed up. Also got some bug bites in the bed. The activities from the next room shook the bed in my room. Would not recommend.

Older property. But we just needed a no frills room for the night. It was a decent price. We walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner (sushi, excellent) and didn’t feel unsafe.

Room has something’s that need improvement very much so. The inside change lock was gone. My room had insects. The shower and toilet were subpar. Tv was not working. The staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. The property is in need of. Face lift !

Horrible, was going here for work in the area(coming from texas) and the job fell through. Hotel wouldnt cancel my 7 day stay or give me any of my money back considering i never left my state much less even check in. Someone put me in the system that i did check in put they cant show proof that i did. I normally use oyo when i travel but never again, id rather pay double or even triple that rate then to be robbed like this. Stay away far far away.

No coffee/tea pot, only a microwave and small refrigerator that made noises during the night making it hard to sleep. Heater/Air conditioner took awhile to heat up wasn't sure it was going to work. Got extra blanket from attendant that they brought to room - best part of stay, their quick response.

The motel is old and theres construction going on the road. I stayed there for about a month It is safe, gated, and cameras all around the property. You get excellent service, a clean bed and in my opinion you get more than you pay for I would stay again if I were in Portland

I booked this room for a full week, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The room had multiple issues from the moment I checked in. The shower had terrible drainage and was essentially unusable due to how broken it was. The floor was damaged, and to make matters worse, I found roaches in the room. The toilet struggled to function properly—it took three flushes just to get a single piece of toilet paper down. The TV constantly made a loud humming noise, and the louder the volume, the worse the humming got. The HVAC barely worked; it was either freezing or uncomfortably warm with no in-between. The walls were so thin I could clearly hear the neighbors’ TV over my own humming TV. When I called the front desk asking for maintenance or a different room, I was simply told that no maintenance worker was on the clock. I was not offered a new room, no alternative solution, and no mention of compensation—despite being here for a full week with a non-functioning shower. Thankfully, I have a Planet Fitness membership, or I wouldn’t have been able to shower at all while working long hours. To top it off, the only thing that helped me fall asleep in this room was the Bible in the drawer so I could pray for some peace and quiet. Overall, this stay has been unacceptable, and I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously for the sake of future guests.

The first room I stayed 250 had no hot water. They were quick to get me a room with hot water, fortunately . The beds from one room to the other did not have a comforter in one of the rooms The lights in the kitchen did not work in room 252 The hallway smells like absolute death and fecal matter To charge $80 a night in a place that very much looks like free housing for those in programs is beyond me or anyone with a double digit IQ. I don’t smoke cigarettes and was blindsided by a deposit. I am expecting 100% of my deposit back and I sure hope that’s not a scam.. The bedroom doors to the hallway have a giant 2 to 3 inch gap and the bottom which is an huge safety issue air conditioner and heater do not work. Mold in the showers multiple hairs from the guests before everywhere the bed the walls the bathroom, the sinks. On a positive note, they were fast to switch me to a different room when I told them I didn’t have hot water. Unless there are no other options or you are receiving government funding to get off the street do not stay here
