"The room was nice, clean, comfy bed, nice towels. The kitchen and appliances was very nice but lacked much in the way of utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs; the few silverware pieces available were dirty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was out of service the first day, back in service the following day. The pool was good. The restroom in the pool area was dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush, paper towels and toilet paper were just on the counter.the place needs some tlc in areas other than the rooms, which are very well put together. The area is walkable to restaurants, lake walk, etc, great location."

"We were traveling for our 38th wedding anniversary & this was one of our stops and it was a beautiful room and view of the Lake Superior and Harbour❣️ you have a spectacular view of ships coming in and out of the aerial lift bridge! Wonderful location to celebrate an anniversary, birthday or just a nice vacation❣️ Duluth, Minnesota is one of the top 3 most beautiful destinations in this entire region!"

"First time at this hotel, and we really liked it! Great value for the price of our stay. The pool area was nice and included a hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was petty good, though there could have been more hot items and they ran out of waffle mix. Room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. We would stay here again!"

"Room was clean and comfortable with blackout curtains and a great AC. Great amenities and attention to detail that made the stay really special. Staff was kind and helpful. Restaurant (Silos) needed a little attention in terms of cleanliness but was otherwise great to have on site with decent food."
