"Lobby staffs, unfriendly, unprofessional looks like they are overwhelmed. They are not willing to understand or work with you. We booked 2 ocean view rm w/2 beds. Were given 2 rooms with kings. That’s all they have available they said. Even they charged us for it already. They cannot do anything as we booked through Expedia and not with them. However, we can go back the next day and check with them to see if they would have a Oceanview room available with two for full-size bed. Breakfast and lunch were OK nothing to brag about bars staffs appeared to be overworked in stressed only one bartender per bar. when it comes to the ocean view, it is beautiful. overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience, but the previous was amazing. They recommendation is for a staff members to be more customer. Focus customer friendly won’t won’t listen and work with the customers and see alternative. Don’t just rush to charge that they cannot undo the outcome of the stripped when it comes to room accommodations. We ended up one room with King side bed with ocean view even though we paid for two beds instead of one and they had a roof with just pool view with two bed they can’t un charge us for Ocean view because we already paying and that we went through Expedia.
