新海爾採格Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「Chambres tout à fait au standard attendu pour cette catégorie. Petit-déjeuner fantastique avec un buffet énorme, plein de spécialités locales en plus des classiques internationaux. Seul bémol sur les jus de fruits qui sont plutôt des sodas.」

「Very impressed with this hotel, room and bathroom were a good size, we did not have a balcony room but still got a view overlooking the marina. The restaurant was very good and all staff were very helpful and friendly ensureing that we had the best possible stay. There is parking under and outside the hotel and the staff will help out if there are no free spaces although we managed to find a space each day」

「Great room and en suite. Reception staff and cleaning staff were great. Very relaxing pool area and nice breakfast. We ate elsewhere for food as there are some top restaurants nearby at the Meljine harbour area. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. 」

「免费停车。但是当我到达酒店，不堪回首的经历就开始了。前台抱歉地通知我，我预定的房型没有房间了，然后巴拉巴拉一堆。我当即表示，这些理由都站不住脚。酒店超卖也算是行业潜规则，虽不能赞同，但知道酒店也有担心。但是客人既然来了而你酒店满房，就要想办法妥善处理。最常见的方法是升级房型。我就不信当日酒店连一间房间都没有了！结果给出的解决方案是安排我去所谓海景公寓下榻。我还以为是他家自己旗下的公寓，开了一天的车，累得实在不想再理论了。结果去了发现，是另外一家叫做old town apartment ，房间装修设施和莫斯科酒店大相径庭，而如果作为公寓来说，自身特有的厨具微波炉洗衣机也没有，更别说像我在贝尔格莱德订的公寓还免费赠送零食水果啤酒，退房时还赠送纪念品。这时候我已经累得实在不想折腾了。附上照片，大家看看这样的公寓值不值90欧元，酒店这样的处理应不应该！」

「We appreciated the convenient parking garage. The room was spacious & immaculate. Old Town Budva was a short walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool. The staff was gracious & helpful both at check in & when we left early in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Budva.」
