"The staff are AMAZING! Clean rooms and great breakfast! The location is prime as it right next to the freeway, has a gas station on the corner and restaurants. Book here!"

"Access to the property is a NIGHTMARE. There is no information on the hotel site and or EXPEDIA alerting people to all the construction going on. Finding the entrance was difficult, especially in rush hour. The streets are laid out in a ONE-WAY grid making it very tough if you're not from San Jose and know the street layout."

"Reserved 2 rooms in advance. Upon arrival was told they did not have two rooms available per my reservation. Coming from across the country and internationally this is the worst experience. No toilet paper and even roaches."

"The hotel was charming and very welcoming. The staff were so friendly and everyone greeted you with smiles and offers of assistance. I really appreciated the underground parking which was included in the room rate and the spaces were nice and large. The room was clean and they provide a Keurig coffee maker and pods. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
