「The rooms are abit dated and could do with a refurb and tele in room we stayed in was very dated 」

「The management team is very friendly and helpful but security sense is not sufficient as the cleaning lady forgot to close the windows. If you do not request too high standard of room service, it would be a good choice.」

「Room was cosy and clean. The hosts were very courteous from arrival to departure. Breakfast was absolutely superb, very fresh and tasty produce. Would stay again.」

「Rooms are starting to look neglected and no hot water for the duration of our stay. The Turkish Restaurant attached to the hotel is very good though, if a little pricey.」

「I’m sorry to say the property was not what I expected ! No hot water so I couldn’t have a shower when I got there at 9pm or one when I had my hospital appointment at 8am. so I wasn’t best pleased. And to top it off the heater in the room is not fit for purpose it was freezing I will go there ever again. I will be requesting a refund as the hotel is not a nice place to stay. But I will say the staff were pleasant but I didn’t go there to talk to the staff. 」

「Room ticked all the boxes. The staff were friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Lovely hotel ideally placed overlooking the strand/ water.」

「The room had a TV but no power socket close enough to plug it into. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, needs a new mattress. Quilt had an old blood stain on it. Bathroom sink was blocked and looked as though it had been for a long time.」

「Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.」

「Room was clean and spotless. The hosts Jeramy and Noi were fantastic! Lovely fire going with comfy couches. The Thai food and breakfasts were excellent! Would definitely stay again! Cheers P and K」
