The maintenance staff stayed in the room until almost 12 AM trying to fix the issues, yet the Wi-Fi and TV were still not working. I also spoke with the manager regarding these concerns, but unfortunately, I did not receive any proper support or assistance. Overall, my personal...

Consigliatissimo!」

「I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the...
