「Windows could have been cleaned, cutlery was not so clean and indeed the kitchen spatula was dirty / had previous guests food on it.」

They went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless for us. The stunning interior decor and the delicious breakfast truly added to our special day. 「Heather was welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and mine had a separate bathroom for sole use. Parking space on the drive. Property located on busy road. Tasty full English Breakfast. Local pub opposite serving food and drinks. Location great for New Forest access. 」

「All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. 「We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel, which offered a beautiful spa, very clean (and large) rooms, and incredible amenities such as tennis courts, golf courses, spa, club house and croquet. Staff were friendly and very attentive, and the complimentary breakfast and other meals at the hotel were superb. We also enjoyed the spa and some treatments」
