Kudos to front desk and transportation team who always help me with questions and bookings. The front desk staff were nice enough to switch us to a different room once we told them but then the key lock for the new room didnt work and took us 2 different trips back to the front desk and another trip by the staff to fix the door. However, the fine dining (NT$1,600 per person) was a major disappointment — surprisingly poor quality compared to other Volando locations. The facilities also feel outdated, and there isn’t much to do outside the room. Overall, great view and service, but the experience didn’t live up to expectations."
