Kudos to front desk and transportation team who always help me with questions and bookings. "The room had a weird smell (not sure if it's just old mold or cigarettes). The front desk staff were nice enough to switch us to a different room once we told them but then the key lock for the new room didnt work and took us 2 different trips back to the front desk and another trip by the staff to fix the door.
