Poor soundproofing
"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor ..."

"Perfect Location. It's located at the centre of Brighton. I can go anywhere on foot. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, especially Auri & Fernando. Definitely I'm going to book Q² again if I go to Brighton."

Hidden fees. Long complicated check in process
"Very complicated check in progress. Took me two hours to check in while I was standing outside the building in the heat. The management asked me to pay additional costs and additional security checks. If I was told early then i would be more prepared or even avoided"
