「Pictures on listing do not match the property at all. The location is an apartment building and the room you are given is a bedroom in the apartment and you share the apartment with others. We were given a bedroom within the host family/owners apartment and had to share it with them. This apartment was also the reception and lobby area. 「The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business. The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important 」

「Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough 」
