「The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast」

「This hotel was terrible and incredibly overpriced. Upon arrival we happened to run into an employee who was on site cleaning. We had an issue with the sink and it had a slow leak/drip. She told us it was related to something associated with ice and conditions over the winter. However, it continued to drop throughout the evening and in the morning after using it it progressed to a steady stream.
