Hotels.comin sijaintitieto on virheellinen. Varauksen vahvistuttua sain viestin jossa kehotettiin hakemaan avaimet Hotels.com kartalla ilmoitetusta sijainnista ja asunto olisi alle 5 min tästä paikasta. Todellisuudessa asunto oli aivan eri puolella kaupunkia (n. 40min kävely ilmoitetusta) ja saimme tietää sijainnin vasta samana päivänä kun varaus alkoi. Mitään avaimia ei edes tarvinnut hakea. Viesteihin ei vastattu päiviin. Kun soitimme ja ihmettelimme näitä epäselvyyksiä, palvelu oli tylyä ja tuli se kuva niin kuin olisi meidän vikamme että meille sijainti jne. oli epäselvää! Käytännössä siis varaajalle arvotaan asunto jostain päin Helsinkiä ja sijainnin saa tietää paikan päällä. Tämä pitäisi mielestäni ilmoittaa selvästi eikä myydä Töölön sijainnilla. Itse asunto oli ok. Sijainti oli vain meille epäkäytännöllinen.

Actual location could differ from booking info

The room itself was actually fine, just average apartment hotel in Helsinki I guess. Problem is that you have no control over which area you are assigned to stay until the morning of first day. It is really inconvenient, especially if you want to stay in certain area since it has desirable tram line nearby. I was assigned to the location 2miles+ away from the room I had booked 2 months ago, and it was informed by a single e-mail, 12hours before check-in (if I was printing out the reservation info before departure and had no access to internet, I was doomed). Also it seems like Hotels.com accepts this kind of operation since all I get from their support was basically, "follow the host's instructions please". Also, the actual name of apartment could differ from "Helsinki Apartment" so checking the website of Helsinki Apartment beforehand to estimate surroundings etc. is of no use. Mine was by the way "Forenom Apartment".

ヘルシンキアパートのramsaynranit　1a　は最悪でした。床 はみしみし今にも抜けそう。 簡易ベットとソファで、シーツの交換もなし。タオルも交換なし。言ってもなしのつぶて。 帰りにはゴミも自分たちでちゃんとアパート前の集積所に分別して捨てて帰りました。 良いアパートメントホテルもあると思いますが、ここは最悪です。ヘルシンキアパートは お勧め出来ません

This is a nice apartment. It has an excellent shower plus sauna, and a nice layout. The location has been very convenient as well, and there is a lovely café right as you enter the building that is open early and stays open till quite late, with two very convenient grocery stores within steps of the apartment. I think it is helpful to let people know the apartment is on the fifth floor with an elevator that does not work. This worked out OK for me, but for many people this could be an inconvenience especially if they have any mobility issues. In terms of checkin, just be very clear with check-in and checkout instructions: the specific apartment address will be provided to them in an envelope that must be retrieved by going first to a small restaurant that looks a lot like a food cart. That restaurant has pretty strict hours, so just make that clear. Also the person there had limited ability to speak English. Very friendly, though, and… It all worked out, but it was a bit puzzling to me at first. When you give instructions it would be helpful to include a picture of this little restaurant. That would’ve helped a lot! Also, I suggest you include some directions for how to use the little clothes washing machine. It’s so great that this is part of the apartment, but without directions I wasn’t able to utilize it fully. I really like this property and I would use it again!

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location is not the most convenient, but was ok. The worst was the check-in experience. I arrived around 9 pm due to flight delay, and the apt key was left in a envelop in a near by kiosk. First I couldn't find the kiosk. Then I couldn't find the apt. There was no map, no instruction. I went to the wrong one, couldn't get it. Called property manager, she just said "the key is correct, I couldn't help you." After spending almost an hour by myself, 10 pm, in the area, a apt resident told me the right direction. Horrible customer service (equals to no service).

While you are out of town a bit it's easy to get there. It's more an airbnb then hotel but still great, though pick up of keys to actual place is quite a walk. However great view and great place.

Very central location. The delivery of the key worked fine, even with a bit of delay. Finding facilities to throw away garbage wasn't obvious from the description. Nice with a sauna

広々としたフィンランドのアパートメントを体感出来るホテルです

アパートメントタイプの広々とした部屋です。部屋にはキッチン、サウナ、シャワールーム、トイレがあり、リビングルーム、ベットルームがそれぞれ独立しています。テレビ、DVDプレーヤー、トースター、オーブンレンジ、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、食器類も揃っており、多人数や長期滞在に最適です。

Room was not as advertised when booked. Much smaller than expected, and in a different location than where the website said it was. However, it was still close to downtown, and we were essentially only in it to sleep, so it wasn't terrible.

Es handelt sich um mehrere Apartments (kein Hotel) in Helsinki. Obwohl ich eines in der Nähe meines Veranstaltungsortes gebucht hatte, wurde mir eines am anderen Ende der Innenstadt "zugeteilt". Da ich das erst So, 23 Uhr am Flughafen erfuhr, konnte ich erst am Montag protestieren und Dienstag umziehen. Die Vermieterin wusste über meine Veranstaltung Bescheid.

Huoneistossa oli puutteita (mm. lamppuja rikki wc:ssä, keittiössä ja olohuoneessa), ja taloyhtiössä remontti, josta olisi voinut kertoa etukäteen. Rappukäytävän äänet kuuluvat sisään, koska väliovea ei ole. Varasängyn patja on niin ohut (3-5 cm) , että sillä ei voi edes lapsi nukkua - tätä huoneistoa ei pitäisi markkinoida kolmen hengen majoituksena. Muuten huoneisto oli viihtyisä, ja sijainti ja näköalat upeat!

旅慣れた人には最適

部屋の鍵渡しは、近くのキオスク。あとは自分で部屋までたどり着く。大家さんとはメールでやり取りのみ。部屋は広く快適だが、エレベーターが工事中でチト不安定なのがたまにキズですが、暮らすように滞在出来るので良かった。毎朝近くの広場で市場が立ち、近くにスーパーが二件。 近くのトラムやバスで移動は便利。中心まで10分程度。慣れれば快適です。

Nice place, owners difficult to contact

We loved the neighborhood as well as the decorating in this apartment! It was a great deal. Some issues getting in touch with the owners/managers at times. The few times we needed to contact them with questions or concerns, we rarely heard back. But the beds were comfortable, and it was really convenient having a little kitchen. There is a little washing machine, but nowhere to plug it in! That would have been handy.
