The location is in the centrum. The staff are nice and helpful. But because it is in the center then the noise outside the streets are loud.

Home Hotel Grand, Helsingborg is an excellent choice for a very convenient (3 minutes from Central Station and Ferry to Denmark) and lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay one night out of the three nights I booked, and had the MOST delicious dinner and breakfast that were free!!!! My room was perfect; clean and quiet with everything I needed. I most definitely will stay here again. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly - especially my new friend Andre. Thank you very much Home Hotel Grand - you made my stay absolutely wonderful.

Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Best Location, spacious room, friendly staff and good food. We didnt expect that aside from breakfast, fika and dinner are included. Good selection of food and tastes good. We enjoyed our stay and are definitely booking again when we visit helsingborg.

Always a good visit when you getting upgrade the first you here with checking in. Also a plus that on this hotel not just the breakfast included even afternoon tea/coffee or Swedish fika but the best is in the room price its a dinner servered. The night I ate was a Greek inspierd, with bbq chicken, owen baked potatoes, tzatziki and a green sallad with feta cheese. They also had a mushroom soup and a sallad buffet. Think water and maybe juice was included I took a beer who sadly cost :D you can’t get it all

Understanding that the hotel is a historic and very old building, I think they should put a lot of effort into cleaning it properly because everything is very old. The room they gave us was the smallest I've ever seen. It was also very hot even though it was cold outside. The bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship's. Breakfast wasn't bad, but it was very small for the number of people there, and it was difficult to serve oneself. Dinner wasn't bad. Sweden is a beautiful and vast country, with so much empty space that it's hard to spend a night in such a small place.

4 star hotel with 5 star staff

Very stylish hotel that has managed to keep much if it's original flair and periodic features without aggressive renovations (like some neighbouring hotels has done) But - even though the hotel itself is fabulous, the greatest asset was the very professional and extremely friendly staff. André, who checked us in, made us feel welcome, from the moment we walked through the doors, and the same goes for the upbeat night porter and the friendly morning staff. The hotel must have a talented HR department, that hires staff. The extensive and creative breakfast was also of highest standard. We look forward to coming back.

Overpriced family room

Overpriced family room - placed on 1st. floor - next to bar street, loud music and party people shouting until 3 in the morning… Too small shower cabin and warm rooms at night - opening windows not an option, due to loud noise from surroundings. Rest of hotel and staff ok.

We arrive late at night. The staff was wonderful. Gave us the key to parking nearby. The room was very nice. The breakfast was amazing obviously known for its breakfast fresh bread and everything you can imagine it’s right in the center of town you can walk to the castle you can walk all over town so once you park your car, you really don’t need it Would definitely come back when we have more time. We were not able to join them for dinner and ficka which is also included a very nice hotel.
