「Found it difficult to find information about facilities etc during stay. No info in room and unable to find dinner menu on TV. Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help. 」

「Avendi Bad Honnef offers great display of breakfast and the service is overall pleasant and satisfying. The location is also in a quiet residential area but with access to restaurants and shopping in a not so far neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay in Avendi and definitely will come back given a chance.」

「We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay.
