Jul 11, 2019The tiny Hellnar church with its cemetery next door to the hotel, the walk to Anarstarpi and the cliffs with all their roosting birds should not be missed. The lava cave is also very good.

"I enjoyed this relaxing few days - the family feel and warmth made me very comfortable. The kitchen/ dining area offers a full warm drink bar tea—coffee- hot chocolate with all the fixings. My room had an amazing view with walk out patio and views of the Aurora borealis- northern lights"
