「It is a self check in hotel. We arrived and the hotel room they gave us did not exist the code did not match any other doors. We reached out to the number provided and the phone was turned off. It didn't look like anyone was staying there, no cars in the parking lot, etc. We waited for a response for 1.5 hours and needed to go book another hotel room at 10:30PM at night last minute. 」
