The property was conveniently located. When I got into my room I found that the bathroom basin had not been cleaned and still had toothpaste specks on the tap mirror. The other mirror in the room was similarly dirty. I can't image that the carpet has been shampooed for years. The person who checked me in didn't stand up, which, in this case, made the process a bit awkward. (I noticed this happening on subsequent days with other clerks.) I am not convinced that the outside doors shut completely, much less locked. One night, a window into the engineering room (at the base of the building) had been left open. Finally, the breakfast space was not cleaned during the breakfast time. The breakfast was completely carb-based. No fruit. No protein.

We checked a bit earlier and i was told that the check in was at 3:00 and they had no rooms available. The stuff accomodeted us with a 2:30 check in. The first room we were given was absolutely horrendous. There were huge black stains on the carpet, all the surfaces were evidently not wiped. There were inches of dust everywhere, by the bed there was debris and the bed covering was stained. I complained to the front desk and they apologized and gave us a different room. One of the filthiest hotels we have stayed in, outdated, and horribly stained carpet in the room. Nothing seemed to be vacuumed. Glad we only had to get a quick sleep and left.

Not a good experience. That’s the nicest thing I can say the common areas are all very dirty and the room is not very clean either. The bed is very soft and the carpet is stained, and I was afraid to walk on it with bare feet.

The staff was nice asked for a room close to elevators for my elderly mom, got one. Decent bed but the toilet was so low I had to keep helping her to get out. I’m only 5’1 and it was low for me-also wouldn’t flush. Went to lay down for bed and there was a chicken bone on the ground next to the bed. No TV in the room. Really old and run down hotel. Breakfast was minimal but could have been worse. There is a reason why this is one of the cheapest hotels in Helena for sure. Would not stay here again.

We got there and the room smelled like cigarettes. We were given another room. Carpet amd walls were dirty and hotel was very bad condition. Asked for additional towels and was told they were still in the dryer. Overall wouldn't wish this place on my enemy.

I have stayed at other super 8 properties but this one was very dirty and run down. Needs a good cleaning and renovation. Carpets very dirty. Bed sheets and pillowcases soiled and stained, windows are dirty and moldy. The staff was pleasant it was the only good thing about this motel , especially the price you pay not worth it at all. Very disappointing 😞

We only appreciate the beds very tired, so disappointed, no amend, ie combs toothbrushes etc. Whole room no power, no phone charger ports that worked. Tv going in and out, we had to block the door with furniture due to someone trying to break in. We couldnt call for help phone disnt work to call down to front desk.
