「Wonderful, quiet location in a charming neighborhood. 30 minutes by tram to the Altstadt. Short walk to a lovely beer garden and ferry to the Pillnitzer Castle. We also loved cycling along the Elbe.
For some reason, the access code was sent through Expedia instead of Hotels.com, so you might need to call the hostess before arrival to meet you. She was very gracious and the breakfast was a delight. A wonderful place to experience Dresden in a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment!」

「This place was really fantastic and I would strongly recommend it to anyone staying in Dresden. The woman managing the property was just great, the room was in excellent condition, the price was very reasonable, and it was right next to the tram which gets you downtown quickly. My favorite stay on this trip for sure」

「Nice property overlooking the Elbe river. They don't take credit cards which requires a transfer from a bank for 70% of your stay to reserve your room. The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed dinner dining on the terrace next to the Elbe.
Typical of many European hotels there is no A/C or fans but they are seldom needed. Bathroom was updated and...

「Das Hotel ist am Rande der Altstadt gelegen. Fußläufig ist daher in Pirna alles gut erreichbar. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz kann separat gebucht werden. Wir würden dies empfehlen. Das Frühstück war gut. Toll gefallen hat uns, dass es während des Aufenthalts eine kostenlose Karte für den ÖPNV mit dazu gab. Daher haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen und sind mit Bus und Bahn zum Wandern gefahren. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder in die Pension Donatus.」

「Sehr schön gelegen, mit Biergarten draußen, gutem Frühstück. Auch sehr einfach direkt von dort aus Wandern zu gehen. Der Sauna Bereich ist auch sehr schön und nach einem harten Wandertag sehr willkommen. Zwei Nachteile: man muss sein Gepäck zum Forsthaus hochschleppen, da es keine Parkplätze vor dem Hotel gibt und die Strasse dort sehr eng und voller Wanderer ist. Ausserdem gibt es außer im Frühstücksbereich kein WLAN oder nutzbaren Empfang. Das wurde uns aber erst nach Nachfrage erläutert. 」

"The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment.
I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have taken advantage of it during my stay. The lack of communication led to a feeling of disappointment upon discovering this feature on my final night.
Overall, the hotel's strengths lie in its convenient location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, the hotel management should focus on improving their communication with guests to ensure they are aware of all the benefits the hotel has to offer."

在訂房時已經把需求列明，需要兩張單人床及泊車服務， 结果酒店方便沒有回覆也沒有準備。
附近的車位也滿了，非常狼狽。
房間的床是由兩張單人床組合而成的雙人床，店方也沒有準備好，需要經過交涉才為我們預備多一個床單， 把床變成兩張單人床。
房間應該是油療養院改建而成， 廁所地板有沒有平整好， 洗澡後全個廁所積水。"
