不专业的服务，糟糕的入住体验
非常糟糕的入住体验。 前台员工极其不专业。办理入住时，同一订单告知我们其中一间房无房。我把入住人姓名给他看，确认信息给他看，他说没用查不了。我们八个人的护照挨着一个一个查仍然告诉我没有房间。我让直接查确认号，他拒绝我的提议。查了无数次，后来另一个工作人员告诉我，我们的其中一间房在下午的时候被其余人办理了入住。我一脸问号？？？ 整个办理过程至少花费15分钟以上的时间，全程极其的不专业。停车也是，强烈不推荐此酒店！

Value for Money
The location is ok, it takes at least 10 min walk to the Central Station, if you have a large luggage, it may take 15 mins walk. The room was nice and spacious with air conditioner. You can take tram no. 22 to the centre and return to hotel by bus no. 33. Wi-fi connection suddenly disconnected after mid-night.

舒適的客房設施
飯店離火車站不拖行李的情況下就要走10分鐘，約莫公車站一站多一些的距離。附近有33號公車可到，但滿難等的。除了地點離火車站遠一點外其他都很完美!房間超大，攤開2個29吋行李箱都夠。單人入住的床為king size雙人床，橫躺都可以睡超爽。浴室清潔得滿乾淨的，廁所和衛浴分離（很大，轉身都不會撞到牆）。房內有冰箱（每天有一大瓶免費氣泡水），冷氣（很涼!），免費咖啡機（沖泡式的，不是三合一那種)。

+ Nice room, very new and clean, with A/C and elevator. - A bit awkward for business trip if you reserved twin or double room. There are two spaces for toilet and shower room with only ONE sliding door. Which means when you're taking a shower, the other person will have no door in front of him/her when using toilet and will have to slide open your door to wash hands after using toilet(sink is in the shower room).

酒店很新房間很大
今次12人訂了6間特級套房「suite」，房間面積很大及舒服很滿意，但安排入住時過程不開心，因為入住時間晚了，前台Check-in 女職員完全不熱心幫忙我們，車位滿了只說我們周圍找一下，我問我們入住的房間是否特級套房因為已夜希望確定一下，但她說不知道要我們自己上房看吧！所以我們拿著很多行李周團找，原來特級套房的電梯是不同的，又沒有指引一下，我對此服務不滿意。

Clean and comfortable hotel!!!
Close to the train station and bus station! We enjoy the stay very much as the room was spacious, clean with air-con. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

Business hotel away from the city
Smooth check-in. The room was on ground floor overlooking the parking but there was no noise. Clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was good but a little pricey @ Euro 16/person. 25 min by walk to city center but connected through tram 22 which takes only 8 min to the city center.

Super séjour
Deuxième établissement Stay City dans lequel nous résidons. Toujours un formidable accueil, un grand confort dans les chambres. Le parking était super pratique. Très bon petit déjeuner. Un peu loin du centre-ville (40mn à pieds) mais sinon tout était super.

We booked 2-studios and I was expecting both to be the same. The bigger room was without kitchen and the second one was smaller but with kitchen. Unfortunately, both the studios were located not only on different floors but also have different accesses either with lifts or stairs. They were located on 2-different buildings which were connected through a passage. Apart from that, rooms were clean. Toilet has no wash basin which doesn’t look logically correct. There are plenty of parking with an additional charges of 15 euros. Overall, it was a comfortable stay/

Vorneweg das Ambiente vom Hotel ist schön und auch die Zimmer sauber und neu eingerichtet. Etwas laut an der Hauptstraße. Personal leider eher pampig, Rechnung bekäme man wohl per email, Ausdruck scheinbar zu viel verlangt. Parken muss man im Voraus bezahlen - jetzt weiß ich auch warum ... waren abends noch essen und um 22 Uhr war der Parkplatz total überfüllt, mussten selbstständig einen Parkplatz außerhalb suchen. Auf Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen keine große Hilfe, das könne schon mal passieren, Rückerstattung der 15 Euro nicht möglich da der Vorgesetzte nicht da sei man könne das nicht entscheiden. Ich hatte über ebookers reserviert, Bezahlung vor Ort stand im Text, meine Kreditkarte wäre nur zur Sicherheit und Reservierung nötig. Vor Ort kam dann heraus dass ja schon bezahlt ist weil meine Karte belastet wurde. Angeblich läge das an ebookers ich hätte eben über booking oder direkt beim Hotel buchen müssen. also meine Schuld. Fand ich alles eher ein bisschen suspekt. Schade das Hotel hätte mit etwas mehr Kundenorientierung Potential
