Grand Hyatt Vail Resort and Spa
We have been here many times, but this time the refrigerator- was not working, we reported it, because we had medication that needed some specific temperatures- the management never got back to us. We had to get ice and keep the medication in a cooler.

The experience was amazing! Room and amenities were perfect! The only issue that I had was with the front desk staff. She was not friendly but overall perfect place to stay at!
