Our bedroom was stunning - stylish interior, spotless from top to bottom, and filled with thoughtful touches like a modern coffee machine and Cumbrian toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap). 「Karen is a brilliant hostess. She welcomes you into her beautiful historic, unbelievably cosy home, some of which dates back to the days of Tudor. The rooms are spotlessly clean and warm. The full English breakfast is substantial and very tasty. It is well posted, being only a 5 minute walk from the lakeside and a two minute walk from the bus stop to Keswick or Workington. I will definitely be going back.」
