「Extremely poor condition of the door to room 3, which was the room I was given on 11 March. My room was an external room of the Inn and therefore the security of the guest experience should be of a much higher level than if the guest was located within the actual main building. However, the door lock to my external room had clearly been breached with a screwdriver at some point in the past. Was this damage caused during a burglary, perhap?? It did not appear to be recent damage, as the exposed...

「Beautiful apartment to stay in with lovely welcoming touches. The food in the restaurant was of a really high quality and all team members were friendly and welcoming.」

「Easy check in, we'd been before and were familiar with arrangements. Staff remembered us and were friendly. Room clean, stairs steep and narrow, fortunately we didn't have a lot of luggage. Breakfast freshly made and excellent. Full bar services available. Car parking is an issue, chargeable car parks around, limited free parking if you know where to go and prepared to walk. 」

「The staff at this hotel are lovely but the hotel is badly in need need of refurbishment. Food and drink are reasonably priced. Good choice for breakfast. 」

「Friendly staff make such a difference. They were amazing. We had a cosy afternoon/evening relaxing by the open fire, enjoying a few drinks and nibbles. The room was was great. Although the door was a little hard to open and close. Will definitely stay there again 」
