「We had a late flight arriving into Colombo - so checked in for 1 night only. Room was fairly big but we had issue with the bathroom door which was difficult to slide in and out. Breakfast was a buffet with good options.」

「They put me in a smoking room at the first night. Housekeeping didn’t go a good job in cleaning the toilet. 」

「wonderful」

「good stay!」

「Eventhough Expedia says "House keeping everyday", no house keeping at all. When I asked the staff the reply was "we only do house keeping every 4 days". I stayed for 3 nights.」

「We had such a lovely stay at Havelock Bungalow! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bungalow itself is beautiful, full of character and very well looked after, with such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. 「Nice, quiet, and convenient location in heart of Colombo. A property in its own category. Friendly staff.」

「Dirty and the house keeping entered my room early morning. Otherwise nice staff.」

「In general for a three star hotel it is ok, however the toilet had an stuffy smell, which may be coming from the drains. Otherwise every thing is good」
