"The Family Room we booked was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Facilities in the room were pretty basic - a bath and a shower head, nowhere to fix the shower and no curtain. Just one all purpose body/hairwash. Curtains barely covered the window. The room was city facing and noisy at night: a pub just along the toad open til 2am. On the Saturday noise from Champions League victory celebrations and a party in the flat opposite. The window was soundproof but it was too hot and stuffy to sleep with it closed. No tea/coffee making facilities. All in all fine for a couple of nights and I guess good value at the price. "
