The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. "It’s like a lottery with this accommodation , your room size and whether you get any room cupboard space or even a shower cubicle you can actually fit in to or a stand up shower bath tub all depends on which room and floor you get . It’s an absolute joke that every time I book here I always have to complain about the room . "

"Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers. Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids"

"This hotel offers virtually no service. While bed linens are provided, guests are expected to make the beds themselves and even strip them before leaving. You’re also required to thoroughly clean the room upon departure, or an extra charge will apply. Basic essentials like toilet paper and soap were either missing or insufficient. Overall, it does not offer good value for the price. Not recommending it!"
