the room was very comfortable and the bathroom great. I liked the rooftop patio. The jazz festival was nice to hear in the background and I am glad it quit by midnight so we could sleep.

Very practical to receive a code to enter the hotel and room. Small room byt big enough. Nice practical bathroom and nice interior in the room. Silent towards the corridor.

What I like was it was good beds, clean rooms, quiet and excellent breakfast. What I did not like was that the wifi in my room was awful. I had to go down to the main area to get any good wifi.

Worth the upgrade!

I paid for an upgraded room on the top floor which was unique and stylish. I hate carpets in hotel rooms but that was the only negative. Very friendly staff at the bar in the evening and at breakfast in the morning. Would definitely return. Love the keyless entry.

Self check in for foreign travellers without access to SMS was a problem, and a stressful one. Staff wasn’t as helpful or reassuring as they should have been — communication was confusing and mixed messages. Overpriced but beds are comfy!

Beware the 5th floor

We thought we were booking a large room. It was actually the most expensive room we saw. What we got was the most uncomfortable room I’ve ever stayed in. There were beams and metal poles from the ceiling to the floor in the whole room. At least 10 of them. It was so difficult to move around without bumping into one of them. They literally covered one side of the bed. So weird. The check in was great. Breakfast was not bad. The bed was wonderful. The shower was weird as there was yet again another beam in the way. The location was perfect. I wouldn’t go so far as to say I’d never stay here again but it certainly won’t be on the 5 Th floor
