Is it a 5 star, of course not. The prices reflect this. So if you're expecting 5 star at these prices just keep scrolling. If you're looking for outstanding customer service then Dot is your lady! I've never met such a genuine beautiful human. The place is clean and beds are very comfy. It's a light breakast, juice coffee, cereal, muffins and toast. We would have no issue going back here! We love you Dot!!

Check in staff had issues checking us in and also double charged us for the room which they eventually corrected. Not a bad stay. Room was clean and comfortable.

不喜歡：整潔度、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was terrible. There was a hole in the bathroom door that was patched. The ceiling had a hole in it and was falling in by the vanity mirror. The ironing board was broken. There were cobwebs along the ceiling and in the corners. The shower door handle was broken. Parking was ok. You had to be back by a certain time to get good parking otherwise you had to walk. Sketchy people in the parking lot. Made me wonder if they rent by the hour. If there was another hotel to stay at we would have stayed there but because of hurricane Isaias the hotels were booked.

The property was perfect for our overnight stay. The bed was comfy, cable TV and free WiFi were a bonus. The member of staff that booked us in was called Dot, she was the epitome of southern hospitality, she was caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Dot made our stay a really positive experience.

The hotel was dirty, smelly, & the front desk asst was not helpful. I would not & will not refer any one to this property. I left the property within 15 minutes to secure appropriate accommodations at another hotel. I have asked for a refund.
