I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this...

"I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away."
