Air-conditioning unit Very hot during the night
I can say that everything is good but the aircond is dam bad due to the installation of the condensing unit that the air should be blowing outwards but instead it's circulating inwards thus the cooling system fails and that the cooling isn't good. But this can be rectified by putting the blowing hot air out towards the outside of the balcony.

Good hotel mins from city center
Check in was fast. The staff were friendly and speak fluent English. Rooms are pleasant and clean. My family and relative were happy with their stay there. There's a 7 eleven just a short walk away and location is mins from the city center by tuk tuk. Overall it is value for money.
