Second stay here , both times the beds are comfortable the staff are always helpful & friendly, I wish there were facilities for making tea coffee etc in the room , but there is hot water at reception so it’s not totally without the facility, walking distance to the central shopping mall & ocean shopping mal ( approx 15 minutes taxi will cost around 80baht if you can’t stick the heat

Cheap price, room was clean, hot shower available all the time. But there was a bad smell at hallway, didnt really sure where it came from. Location is a bit outskirt, but it was no issue since we travelled by car, and there was a guard at night at parking side who takes care of guests' car.

worst for myself experience

This my first time hotel sleeping till sweat and wake up go shower at midnight. T_T Suppose we book for 3 nights stay but we change hotel after 2 night stay. Actually after 1st night we want to change to another hotel but due to peak season most of the hotel fully book and no room for last min booking. Staff service is ok but sorry to say that room not comfort for me.

Clean hotel room.

Its my first time to travel to Thailand so i dont know what to expect yet. The hotel room is bigger than any other room i have been to with the same price range. The air conditioning is great. The room is so clean. I would give it a higher rating if only there is water heater/kettle in the room so that guests dont need to go to ground floor just to get hot water for coffee/ instant noodles. There is also no canteen so no breakfast for guests. Overall, its a nice hotel room for the price range.

Great for the price

I checked in to get a really good sleep after a long transit. The place was nicer than I expected for the price. Very good WiFi, modern TV, comfy bed, good air con, clean bathroom, hot water and a quiet area. It is not in the centre of Hat Yai but the city isn't that big to walk around. It is maybe a 25 minute walk to the train station. It is down a side road so you'll probably need a taxi or someone to take you there the first time.

Great Value and great location

Great 4 days stay. If you like to walk within 1 to 1.5 km, it is consider centralised.Did not even spend any Bhats but by walking, we are able to see all the happenings around Hat Yai.

バスターミナルから近い

２度目です。周りはコンビニ、食べ物屋も多く不便しません。中心部からはバイタクで10分くらいです。前回はネットがつながりにくかったですが、今回は無問題でした。

常宿にしたい

価格に割りに優れた中級ホテル。広くてゆったりした部屋で、ストレスなく滞在できた。付近は食事処が多く、ダイアナデパートも徒歩圏で助かる。中心部からやや外れているが、慣れてしまえば支障ない距離。個人的には常宿にしたい。

Kamar bersih..luas...makanan halal ada disekitar hotel...wifi bagus..kamar mandi penerangan kurang...staf ramah tapi bahasa inggris terbatas..kalo hobi jalan kaki mall diana dan central festival bisa diakses denganjalan kaki...ke lee gardeb plaza bisa jalan kaki tapi agak jauh...naik tuk tuk ongkos 30 baht 1 orang..air panas dihotel hanya ada dilobby

A great value hotel

Everything you expect from a value hotel is provided for adequately. Good sized room Mini fridge great bed great shower lovely skyline vista . Location is good but it is about 15 minutes healthy walk to town centre but tuk tuk is at front door at all hours. All these plus friendly front office service made my stay very enjoyable.

フロントのお姉さん(華僑系)が笑顔&丁寧な対応で感じ良かったです。部屋も綺麗でWifeの反応が悪い時が時々あったけど満足です。旧バスターミナルに近く、食べ物屋さんも多い便利な場所にあります。だだ食べ物屋さんは5時〜6時位に閉まる店が多いので、それ以降は観光客相手の店を探す事になります。

Near to Festival Mall & Asian Night Market

The hotel is not easy to locate if you are not familiar with the road . It is near Festival Mall and it's about 15 minutes walk. You can catch a tuk tuk for 20 Baht each to bring u from Festival Mall to the hotel will be better. Asian Night Market is just within 5 minutes walk from Festival Mall. From the hotel, you can also walk to Diana Mall which is about 7 minutes walk. Overall, the hotel room is okay for both of us . It is clean and the condition I rate it as 7/10. Will consider to stay here again in future.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Leider waren die Fliesen sehr schmierig. Ansonsten war es sauber und das Bett komfortabel. Vom 7. Stock hat man einen guten Blick auf die Stadt. Das Personal war freundlich und behilflich.
