Get a room with a view

Great location by the beach. Large breakfast buffet included. Large clean room with en suite shower and bath. Pleasant, helpful staff.

Reliably fun stays at BP Samila

The staff is always so helpful. They arranged rooms and transport for us, and they rescued a forgotten cell phone and sent it to the airport to meet us before our departure. Amazing care and service!

Perfect location

Super friendly staff, Samila Beach Hotel number 1 choice. Close to the beautiful and clean beach. The rooms are very nice and modern, I had a tube and shower (sea view). It's always clean and the lobby is impressively large. The breakfast buffet is perfect with a view to the sea. Just stay away from the monkeys on the beach trees. By the way 7/11 just 2 min away and 5 min to nice beach restaurants with delicious food.

It’s a huge complex opened in 1989…and it seems like it has never really been renovated and/or upgraded. In fact the hall where breakfast was served (very very underwhelming btw) had the aura of 1970’s Soviet Union. On the plus side… the location is fantastic and we felt everything was at least kept clean.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Direkten Zugang zum öffelichen Strand. Große Zimmer. Preis- Leistungs-verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Zimmer zum Teil renoviert - aber nichts für gehobene Ansprüche. Aus dem Haus könnte man wieder was machen.

Excellent location Room is clean but not carpeted. Old sofa at hotel lobby. Swimming pool is not well maintain - water not clean and the floor surrounding the edge of the pool is cover with sharp minor stone. No deck chair, table and place for beach towel at the pool. Advice to the hotel management ~ keep good maintenance coz this is an excellent location (don't waste it)

Fortjener ikke 4* uten vesentlig oppgradering.

Hotellets beliggenhet meget bra. Mange seafood-restauranter langs stranden. Resepsjonen bra. Grei parkering. Lett å få tak i tuk-tuk - drosje. Meget bra svømmebasseng, men ingen solstoler eller parasoller. Hotellet virker slitt. Rommet måtte rengjøres før vi kunne bruke det. Det var hull i sengetøyet. Kun en kaffekopp med kaffepose. Ingen liste over TV-kanaler. Frokosten var meget enkel og ikke i nærheten av internasjonal standard. Beklager å si at vi kommer ikke igjen.

Ehemaliges Spitzenhotel im freien Fall

Nur die Lage des Hotels ist nach wie vor Spitze. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht nur mangelhaft oder gar kein Englisch. Am Pool gibt's weder Liegebetten noch Personal. Viele Dinge in den Zimmern sind kaputt oder in bedenklichem Zustand. Das ganze Hotel müsste von Grund auf renoviert werden.

Quiet, and the sound of the wave is the best

１．Quiet. I hear the sound of the wave from the room of the sea view. ２．The room is large. It is easy to use the bathroom widely, too. ３．A drain valve of the bathtub sometimes breaks down. ４． A view is the best In the room of the sea view, ５．The pool is vacant. I want them to clean the pool a little more. ６．Unfortunately the gym was closed for several years. I hope for the reopening. ７．The neighbor is a golf course. I seem to be able to play it. ８．I think that the breakfast is good. ９．It seemed to be replaced from a former cook. I cannot recommend the restaurant.

The hotel room was spacious.

Hotel needs refurbishing. Poor management. Poor people skills. Food OK. Good point: only that it is near the beach. No slippers, no kettle for hot water, no tea or coffee. Refrigerator was OK and two bottles of water per day was excellent. Housekeeping staff I saw eating inside the next room - my room was 7037.

Old out dated and in poor repair

staff cashiers at front useless and rude. no sense of service. bell boys were the only helpful and service minded staff in the hotel. poor breakfast and kitchen looked dirty !!! Wi-Fi a joke and reception just smile and give you a form to fill in never again .. very poor hotel and 2 star max. expedia need to seriously review this hotel

Hotel rooms clean but getting run down as the hotel is old and as usual maintenance is minimal at 3 star hotels in Thailand The WiFi was rubbish and I recommend they find another ISP

Good could be Better

This is an old hotel and the rooms could do with a face lift. Location to the beach is excellent and the pool is ok but also could do with some servicing. Restaurant was being renovated so ate out side at local places close to the hotel and on the beach. Breakfast was ok, but no pork or bacon. Seems Islam has influence all the hotels in southern Thailand. The Internet connection was terrible and they need to change their service provider. You can get TukTuk or motorbike transport to town centre which is 5 mins away. Overall the hotel is overpriced for what is provided, but was a pleasant stay

Overnight stay

Overnight stay for work. I had a deluxe room facing the ocean which was really nice. the room was clean, tidy and spacious. the bathroom was also clean, tidy and well looked after. relaxed on the balcony after a long day of travel, was not noisy up on the 5th floor. Breakfast downstairs was good with a mix of asian and western foods. Staff were friendly and helpful, no issues.

ข้อเสนอแนะ ที่ รร ควรมีป้ายห้ามรบกวนไว้แขวนประตูนะคะ ที่มีเป็นปุ่มกดแบบไฟเล็กๆริมประตูแม่บ้านมองไม่เห็น ตอนเช้าลงมาทานข้าวแล้วกลับขึ้นบนห้อง กำลังจะเข้าห้องแม่บ้านเดินสวนทางออกมาเลย ตกใจมาก ตอนบ่ายกดปุ่มห้ามรบกวนไว้ ออกไปเที่ยว กลับมาเจอถาดผลไม้เล็กๆวางไว้ให้อีก คือสรุปว่า พนง เดินเข้าออกได้ทุกเวลาเลยตอนที่ไม่อยู่ห้อง ของไม่หายนะคะไม่ได้ทิ้งของมีค่าไว้ แต่แอบระแวงนิดๆ แต่เรื่องอื่นๆโดยรวมแล้วดีค่ะ
