Pension Chalet is not a typical hotel. Instead, it felt like we were visiting dear friends’ house in the Swiss Alps. The hosts are a fantastic couple. We visited several places in Switzerland, but the morning views from the balcony of this typical alpine style hotel were the best and absolutely stunning. We hope we could visit Switzerland again in the future, and if we do, we would certainly go to Yungfrau Region and Pension Chalet again.

A fantastic stay with breathtaking views

A friendly and welcoming stay at the chalet with incredible views across the mountains. A comfortable, clean room and additional communal area to use. A varied and delicious breakfast selection. Ruth was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble.

We were thrilled with this pension - the owners were super helpful and kind. The breakfast spread was delicious with homemade bread, jam and honey, local cheeses, as well as plenty of other options. We appreciated use of the sauna after our hike. The owners clearly take pride in taking care of every detail! We highly recommend staying here.

We were traveling from the USA and were looking for something in Central Switzerland that would be nice, quiet, beautiful and easily accessible by train or bus. I had never heard of Hasliberg but decided to take a chance and glad I did. The hosts were very sweet and spoke English well enough to answer any of our questions. Ruth would ask us what we would like for breakfast and would make whatever we wanted. The views from the dining area are out of this world. The chalet was very cute, nestled right into the mountainside. The rooms was a good size and it was very clean and comfortable. The location is at the top of a mountain so transportation is by car, bus, or the Gondola. We used the Gondola and then walked to the train station to do our side trips. The train station is a 15 minute walk from the Gondola, but that was our preferred way to go because the town was just beautiful to walk through. Lots of dining options around as well. I highly recommend it. I did some fun hikes while visiting as well. One was up the falls and the other was along the gorge. You can’t go wrong with a stay here. Great people, nice place, gorgeous surroundings. And it’s away from all the cities and American tourists.

This is in a beautiful location only 15 minutes from Brienze. The owners were very helpful and lovely to talk with. The room was fresh and large with a door leading outside to the Mountain Views. Breakfast was delicious- lots of great options! We highly recommend this place!

Fantastico local para relaxar !

Excelente experiencia. Os proprietários sao muito simpaticos e atenciosos, o quarto bem preparado, café da manhã muito gostoso com uma vista linda para os alpes. Voltaria com certeza. Tolle Entdeckung!

Einen großen Dank an die Gastgeber. Wir verbrachten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in der Pension Berkana. Ein ruhiger, gemütlicher Ort und doch so nah von allem. 2 min zu Fuß bis zur Gondel oder zu den beiden Restaurants. Ideal für einen Ski- oder Wandertag oder einen Ausflug nach Meiringen. Hasliberg ist eine wunderschöne Umgebung, mit sehr netten Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hyggeligt bjergidyl

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub in der charmanten Pension zu verbringen, die von einem wundervollen Ehepaar mit viel Liebe und Hingabe betrieben wird. Diese Pension verdient ohne Zweifel die vollen fünf Sterne! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Gastgeberpaar strahlt eine Wärme und Freundlichkeit aus, die man heutzutage nur noch selten findet. Sie tun alles dafür, dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Ihre Liebe zum Detail zeigt sich in jedem Aspekt der Pension – von den liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern bis hin zum ausgezeichneten Service. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die atemberaubende Berglandschaft. Alles war makellos sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Es war eine wahre Freude, morgens in einem solch idyllischen Ambiente aufzuwachen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück. Es war reichhaltig, vielfältig und bestand aus vielen regionalen Produkten. Das frische Brot, die hausgemachten Marmeladen und die Auswahl an Käse und Aufschnitt waren einfach köstlich. Die Lage der Pension ist perfekt für Naturliebhaber und Outdoor-Enthusiasten. Egal ob Wandern, Skifahren oder einfach nur die Natur genießen – alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich. Das Gastgeberpaar steht jederzeit mit wertvollen Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Seite, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Fantastisk

Fantastiske værter der gjorde alt for at hjælpe deres gæster. Værelserne er klassiske, simple, hotelværelser som på en skiferie. Fantastisk udsigt fra den lille terrasse udenfor af bjergene på alle sider. Super sted, kan varmt anbefales!
