"Die Superior Zimmer sind sehr schön und haben einen schönen Ausblick. Die Superior Plus Zimmer hingegen gucken auf die Einfahrt. Zum Glück konnten wir am zweiten Tag wechseln. Wäre sinnvoll das mit reinzuschreiben, damit man weiß was man bekommt. Der Wellnessbereich ist leider sehr überschaubar und öffnet erst um 15 Uhr. "Should have been told it was not a hotel. Difficult to check in. Did not receive how to get Key to room instructions before I arrived or instructions on how to check out. Room had a kitchen but no silverware/utensils. I got to the address and wandered around for a half an hour trying to figure out how to get into my room or even where my room was after flying for 14 hours. Luckily I found a cleaning person in a nearby room who helped me find a key to get into my room. I had no one I could contact otherwise."
