"The room was nice and pillows were perfect"

"Stains on carpet, the handle bar in the bathroom broken upon arriving. Back door handle did not work felt half safe. One of the queen beds the springs gave out and was like sleeping in a bowl. Front desk didn’t seem to care. "

"Great place to stay in the area. Clean, comfortable, large room and easy to park. Walkable to the Hard Rock Casino. Very reasonable price! Staff was great! I would stay again!"

"When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. "

"We had to go to the gas station to get a bottle of water to take meds. None on site and machine was broken. Couldn’t change the room temperature so we finally just opened the window. "

"Loved it , I booked this trip last min due to my kids not telling me they was soon to be on spring break(what happened to April !) the price for 4days/3nights was great .lobby was amazing,rooms was spacious and wonderful(one bedroom villa) have everything You need in the main building ,my kids loved the fire pit outside the villas .we made s’mores (purchased s’mores kit in the lobby store ). Only thing wrong was the tub was stopped up so they had someone fix it but made the shower not work so that was that ..rate 9/10😊"

"The mattress was very uncomfortable they did flip it but said it wasn't old enough to be changed out, I slept terrible both nights, they did offer to switch rooms but we were all unpacked and only staying two nights!"
