「Not an amazing experience. My son studies in Cambridge so we travel quite often to Boston and usually stay at the Four Seasons in Dalton. This time we wanted to try something different and we decided for the Raffles Boston. The stay was not as expected due to the following: 1- AC not working properly second night, room became too hot to sleep comfortable. 「Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue was that the fourth floor had a noticeable odor at times. It wasn’t unbearable, but since the windows could not be opened and there didn’t seem to be a proper fresh air ventilation system, the air circulation felt limited. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with everything else and still had a great overall experience.」
