「Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes...

「Exceptional hospitality extended by host family. Room very spacious, spotless and comfortable. Sauna was a treat at end of gruelling day on the slopes. Breakfast had great variety to suit most palates. 」
