「I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful.」

「It is so clean and the space is so big to stay for long days too. You can self-cook and the equipment is so well prepared. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I come to Stockholm next time. The location is just a few minutes from the station and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby! Perfect.」

「The apartment is spacious with a nice kitchen. The location is very convenient walking to the important spots. We were so happy to have stayed in the apartment floor of the hotel. It will be more ideal if house keeping service could be arranged every 2 to 3 days. In any case, we would be happy to stay in the same place in the future.」

「Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung, im typischen Altstadt Flair, im Herzen von Gamla Stan. Eine gewendelte Holztreppe hat uns in unser Apartment geführt. Die Kommunikation und der Service des Host waren super. Immer wieder gerne!」
