"Decent hotel"

"Staff were very good and cleaner excellent, but hotel is very tired and in need of decorating even a lick of paint would be an improvement."

"Fast, efficient and friendly check in service. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Car parking easily accessible and we were able to leave the car in the hotels park until 5pm on day of check out which was a bonus. Lovely clean modern hotel close to the town centre. Our room was on the 8th floor which had wonderful views over the town. The rooms were lovely and clean with everything we needed including a fridge. The super king bed was comfortable too. I can't fault this hotel especially as it was so reasonably priced too. Will certainly be staying again."

"The staff was very welcoming, especially the blonde woman on the front desk. She made our stay very memorable. The hotel itself was aesthetically furbished. Their spa facilities are impressive very modern and very relaxing. Paying for parking was the only issue. Other than that what a wonderful stay. Thank you"

"Room was a good size ,but tv was placed at the side of the bed ¬ on a arm so you couldn't move to a better position so really bad neck ache.nice size shower but no pressure.The breakfast was a buffet we were expecting a breakfast menu,felt a bit like a free breakfast in a well known chain!very disappointing.had a meal in the pickled sprout which was excellent, would definitely recommend going there for a meal."

"The ground floor of the property is beautiful and very well kept with all the style of the period it was built in. The bed rooms were small but had everything you need but the floor boards are a different matter you could here every step the person in the room above took."

"Reception staff welcoming and friendly and check-in was very quick and efficient. Our Standard Double room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent breakfast, as always, with quality ingredients and a variety of hot and cold options. We also had a great evening meal at the Fat Badger - the burgers were very good! Highly recommended - we always stay at the White Hart if we are spending the evening in Harrogate."
