"Had an amazing time here! Everyone who worked here was so friendly! They view from our bungalow (Maara) was breathtaking, as was the view from the restaurant. "Clean and very spacious hotel. Staff are mostly friendly and quite lovely except for the receptionist at one point. Very rude. I had stored my bags with the front desk while waiting for my transport and when I went to pick this up she handled the situation very rudely and unprofessionally in the way she spoke to me. Not only did she leave it to the last minute until the transport arrived but she couldn’t find the keys to open the store room and was attending to others while I was waiting. Apart from that all other staff are mostly friendly and amenities are well maintained except for the fountain by the lobby. Not cleaned or filtered."
