「They charged us $30 for missing a pillow. We didn’t take it with us but I asked them to check the cameras and they didn’t check. They just said there was 8 pillows and now only 7? How did I know how many pillows before we arrived and after we left? Stay away from this place.」

「The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish 」

「The beds and bathroom were very clean. The Master Suite had 2 queen beds and a separate area with a double pull out couch. They provided bedding in a zipped bag for the double bed. That was a very nice touch. The air conditioning was in the separate area. The sleeping area did not have enough cool air pushed that direction unless you freeze out the person sleeping in the double. Positive...it felt amazing when you entered the room. It was 97 degrees.」

「Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible it showed pending. She said it would come off in a day or two. When we arrived at motel my friend paid and we left next morning. Once I got home I checked my account and payment...

「Having issues with coffee and juice station and not being well stocked for meals. The rooms were kept okay but had to ask for soap due to soap being empty. Other than that hotel stay was okay.」
