Room was clean but carpet was stained. Breakfast variety was excellent, but not a lot of options for meals in the evening. Hoppa bus service was disappointing as it ran late and one bus never arrived, and the driver was grumpy. The hotel staff however were helpful.

Quiet room but smaller than one we stayed in 7 days earlier with a narrower bed. Overall stay was fine between airplane flights.

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
The hotel and staff are great. The room was exceptionally clean, and its proximity to the airport terminal is very convenient. There was an issue with the TV in our room. We called reception and a maintenance man was at our room within ten minutes. He fixed the problem right away.
