"I am in Kelowna to be with my partner while he's in hospital. Sandman staff is compassionate, helpful and timely with requests and questions. My rooms have been perfectly clean, easily accessed and comfortable to rest in. The pool is clean, the hot tub is large enough for multiple people and the dining is super close for those with mobility challenges. Sandman had been so kind, taking much of the stress of this journey away and letting me feel human. Thank you so.. so much to everyone that has helped me these last 10 days. I'll be here longer than this.. but they have been so accommodating and I do look forward to telling my friends and family how cared for I was by this hotel staff.
