First, there was no internet the entire stay, even though it was listed as included. The water came out yellow at one point, which was disturbing and felt unsafe. The curtains were stained and falling apart, the ceiling was flaking, and the floors were greasy and gross.
On top of all that, we were locked out of our paid room, with our dogs and all our belongings stuck inside. There was no front desk staff available, only a useless virtual kiosk agent who claimed we didn’t have a reservation — after we had already checked in and paid. This didn’t get solved until about 2 hours later which was terribly inconvenient as we had somewhere to be.
